Having lived in the Durham/Chapel Hill area since 1982, I know and understand the market and am able to guide clients through the buying and selling process, anticipating, addressing and resolving issues that may arise. I am genuinely enthusiastic about the Research Triangle Park area, believe it is the best place to live, raise children and enjoy the eclectic and cultural opportunities this area has to offer. I often wonder why anyone would want to live anywhere else!
In my spare time, my favorite things are spending precious time with family and friends, movies, board games, and as many trips to the beach that my schedule will allow.
